Beverley has demonstrated her ability to identify and capture market opportunities through thorough business and market planning, insightful deployment of marketing tools, strategies, techniques and proven ability to create and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, dealers and other key stakeholders. Her expertise and intuitive abilities have been applied in new business/ market development for an international software firm, directing retail marketing, leasing strategies for international property management firms and the British Columbia real estate market. As well she has directed production and marketing of retail cosmetic products across Canada. She has successfully chaired fund raising events for The Vancouver Art Gallery, The S.P.C.A., Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design and The Head Injured Re-learning Society.
Mr. Richard Bourne —

Rick has been president of Langara Fishing Adventures since its inception
in 1985. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, this former
school teacher turned businessman has in excess of twenty- eight years
of combined experience in both education and the fisheries industry in
Canada. As a governor on the board of Shawnigan Lake School, he is actively
involved in operational decisions, fundraising, and the building of the
school's future. He demonstrates his commitment to the preservation of
the ocean by participating as a director on the Pacific Salmon Foundation,
The Sport Fish Institute, and the Queen Charlotte Island Salmon Unlimited
Society. His contribution to the KESF is that of invaluable knowledge,
support and stewardship.
Mr. Irv Ridd — Vancouver, BC
Irv has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years specializing in coastal properties, islands, ranches, resorts and recreational properties. As President of Cascadia Pacific Realty, Irv has had the opportunity to list and sell some of the provinces' most unique and expensive properties. Irv was a long time friend, business partner and fishing buddy of Kane and Roger's and is a key individual in making the annual FESF Invitational the huge success it has become. He has been instrumental in raising funds for both Salmon Enhancement project on Sonora Island and a Trout Creek Enhancement projects in central British Columbia.
Mr. Jim Romig —
Honolulu, Hawaii
Jim founded Pomare, Ltd. in Honolulu in 1963 and has been the chief architect of its development from a two-employee shirt wholesale operation into a multifaceted manufacturing, retailing and marketing company, which now ranks as one of the leading forces in the Hawaii visitor industry. Today, Pomare employs over 600 people, manufactures a million garments a year, and ranks in Hawaii's list of Top 100 Corporations as reported in the "Hawaii Business" magazine. Mr. Romig serves on the Board of the Hawaii Maritime Center, The Nature Conservancy, and is a trustee of Hawaii Pacific University. Past boards include the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, Hawaii Visitors Bureau, Hawaii Film Festival, Historic Hawaii Foundation, Hawaii Opera Theater, Hawaii Hotel Association, Hawaii Yacht Club, and is a former trustee of the Hawaii Pacific University.

Mr. Jim Hawse — Los Angeles, California
Jim is the President and owner of Sierra Toyota, a large car dealership in California that accounts for nearly 100 million dollars in annual sales. He graduated with a BA from the University of La Verne. After an extensive teaching career, he became a Firefighter and Paramedic for 4 years with
the city of Santa Monica. He then entered the car business, owning and operating a Toyota dealership in California. Jim has been a trustee for the Viewpoint School board, Director of the United Way Antelope Valley, Director for the California Motor Car Dealers, President of the Southern California Mitsubishi Dealers Advertising Association, and maintains a directorship. In addition, he is currently a Director of the Northbay Reinsurance Ltd. SPC based in the Cayman Islands, British West Indies.
Franklin M. Tokioka — Honolulu, Hawaii
Frank is the Chairman of the Board of Island Holdings, Inc. He is the son of company founder Masayuki Tokioka.
A lifelong resident of Hawaii, Frank attended Punahou School and the Hill School in Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Williams College and holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Frank serves on the Board of several companies, including Island Insurance Company Limited, National Mortgage & Finance Company and Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. Frank has also been involved with a number of community organizations and also serves on the Board of the Boy Scouts of America – Aloha Council, Hawaii Theater Center, and is a trustee of HUGS.
